How dispatch works

1. Order confirmed: Once your payment is received and verified, your order enters the dispatch queue — usually the same day.
2. Packed & dispatched: Packed within 1–2 business days, temperature-stable and in plain, discreet outer packaging.
3. In transit: A tracking link is emailed the moment your parcel is handed to the courier.
4. Delivered: Delivered to your address — with authority-to-leave or signature per the courier’s options.

Estimated delivery times

• Metro: 2–4 business days — Capital cities
• Regional: 4–7 business days — Rural & remote areas
• Express: 1–3 business days — Priority add-on at checkout

Estimates run from dispatch and exclude weekends and public holidays. Cold-chain items may be held for optimal dispatch timing.

Packaging & cold chain

Compounds ship as lyophilised powder in vacuum-sealed amber vials, packed to stay temperature-stable in transit. Outer packaging is plain and unbranded for discretion.

Shipping rates

Temperature-controlled transit runs $15–$40 AUD depending on destination and parcel volume, shown at checkout. Every order over $500 ships free.

Bulk & wholesale supply

Bulk orders of a single SKU need custom scheduling. Get in touch ahead of time to coordinate batch synthesis, validation and delivery timing.

How do I track my order?

We email a tracking link as soon as your parcel ships, then again if it’s marked in transit or delivered. There’s no account to log into — everything comes by email.

My parcel seems delayed — what should I do?

Couriers occasionally run behind during peak periods. If tracking hasn’t updated for a few days, contact us with your order number and we’ll chase it up.

Do you ship internationally?

At this stage we dispatch Australia-wide only, from our domestic hubs. Get in touch if you have a specific requirement.
