We keep the data we collect to the minimum needed to fulfil your order and reply to enquiries. There are no accounts, no advertising, and no tracking on this site.

  1. What we collect: When you place an order we collect your name, email, phone number and shipping address. The contact form collects your name, email and message. That's it — we don't require an account or collect anything you don't give us.
  2. How it's stored: Your order contact details and address are encrypted at rest (AES-GCM) in our database. We never see or store raw card numbers. Crypto payments are recorded by transaction hash, which is publicly visible on the blockchain but is not linked to your name or address on-chain.
  3. How we use it: We use your details only to process your order, verify payment, dispatch it, and respond to your enquiries. We do not sell, rent, or share your data for marketing — ever.
  4. Cookies & tracking: We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. The site stores your cart in your browser (so it survives a refresh) and, for administrators, a login token — both are strictly necessary, first-party, and never shared. No third-party trackers run on this site.
  5. Who we share with: We share delivery details with our courier/shipping provider solely to deliver your order, and payment details with the relevant payment processor. We otherwise disclose data only where required by law.
  6. Retention: We keep order records for as long as needed for fulfilment, support, and tax and legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
  7. Your rights: You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by getting in touch via the Contact page. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
