By placing an order you agree to these terms. Products are supplied for laboratory research use only — not for human or animal consumption.

  1. Research use only: All products are supplied strictly as laboratory reference materials for in-vitro research and analytical R&D. They are NOT medicines, supplements, cosmetics or foods, and are NOT for human or animal administration, diagnostic, or therapeutic use.
  2. Eligibility: By ordering you confirm you are at least 18 years old and a qualified researcher, or otherwise authorised to purchase and handle research chemicals in your jurisdiction, and that you are acquiring these materials for lawful research purposes only.
  3. Regulatory compliance: These substances may be regulated under the Therapeutic Goods Act and related Australian and local laws. You are responsible for ensuring your purchase, possession, handling and use comply with all applicable laws and institutional requirements.
  4. Buyer responsibility: You accept full responsibility for the safe storage, handling and use of the materials, and agree not to resupply or use them in any manner inconsistent with these terms or with research-use restrictions.
  5. Orders, pricing & payment: Prices are in AUD and may change without notice. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed once payment is received and verified; for crypto payments this means an on-chain deposit matched to your order.
  6. Shipping & risk: We dispatch from Australian facilities; transit times are estimates. Title and risk pass on dispatch. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and for any local import requirements.
  7. Returns: Due to the nature of research materials, returns are handled per our Returns Policy — contact us before returning any item.
  8. Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aussie Peptides Labs is not liable for any loss or damage arising from misuse of the materials or use outside their intended research purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
  9. Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
