All sales are final. Because these are research materials, we operate a strict no-returns, no-exchange policy once an order has been dispatched.

Due to the biochemical nature of lyophilised peptide research materials, safety and regulatory standards prevent us from accepting returns:

1. Biological stability: Lyophilised peptides are highly sensitive to temperature and light. We cannot guarantee purity once vials have left our controlled dispatch chain, so returned material cannot be re-sold.
2. Contamination: Accepting returned research materials would introduce contamination risk to our distribution systems.
3. Regulatory standards: Under Australian chemical-handling guidelines, returned research agents must be destroyed and cannot be re-allocated.
4. Damaged, incorrect or missing items: If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll put it right — a replacement or resolution as appropriate.
5. Payment issues: If you were charged the wrong amount or paid twice, contact us with your order number and we'll verify it and resolve it.
